What we do
China Doctor Check explains how a doctor’s registration can be checked through official channels in China, and how to read official institutional pages that list doctors. We do not confirm or deny the standing of any named person.
Not a medical service
Nothing here is treatment advice, and no one on this site is your doctor. Reading it does not form a doctor–patient relationship.

Sources and timing
Each statement links to the official page it came from and carries the day we read it. Registers and lists are updated by their owners, so the live official record always prevails over ours. Our wording is an unofficial summary.
Names of people
Where an official page publishes a doctor’s name, title or department, we may repeat that published detail with its source. We do not collect doctors’ personal contact details. A doctor may ask for correction or removal.
No tie to anyone named
No hospital, regulator or professional association has reviewed or endorsed this site. Their names and marks belong to them and are used to identify them only.
Please do not send health information
The site does not ask for health information and is not set up to handle it at present. Please keep medical records, test results and ID numbers out of any message to us.
Corrections and removals
Write to contact@chinadoctors.org with the link to the page. When a request arrives we check it against the official source, then correct or take down the page, and record the request and our reply. If you represent an organisation or are a person named on an official page, say so.
Current status
As of 26 October 2026, the site is free to read and offers no paid checks, referrals or advertising. If paid services, advertising or affiliate links are added later, the pages concerned will say so plainly and this notice will be updated.
